Erzincan University, Ali Cavit Çelebioğlu School of Civil Aviation was founded through a co-operation between the Ministry of Transportation and Çelebi Aviation Holding in an effort to increase the numbers of qualified personnel with the required international knowledge and skills for the civil aviation sector which is becoming increasingly important. Our modern school building on the Yalnızbağ Campus of Erzincan University was constructed and equipped by Çelebi Aviation Holding and inaugurated in the 2010-2011 academic year.

Distinguished by its modern structure, Erzincan University Ali Cavit Çelebioğlu School of Civil Aviation is housed in a four-storey building with a total area of 16,000 sqm. Our school has 28 classrooms with a total capacity for 1,541 students, two computer labs for 88 students, a language lab for 20 students and rooms for 77 academics. Our school has state-of the art facilities to give students education and social opportunities that conform to international standards.

Beginning with prep school students in the 2010-2011 academic year, our school and the Department of Civil Aviation Transportation Management enrolls students in accordance with their YGS-6 [Transition to Higher Education Exam] credits. Following a year of English prep courses, Ali Cavit Çelebioğlu School of Civil Aviation offers a four-year undergraduate course. Efforts to complete infrastructure are already underway and allow students to enroll in the faculties of Aircraft Airframe & Power Plant, Aircraft Electric & Electronics, and Air Traffic Control and Pilotage among others.
